From strider at i-med.ac.at Tue Mar 4 16:39:22 2025 From: strider at i-med.ac.at (STRidER STRs for identity ENFSI Reference database) Date: Tue, 4 Mar 2025 16:39:22 +0100 Subject: [Strider-l] Update of STRidER CE allele ranges - feedback requested Message-ID: March 4, 2025 STRidER applies *CE allele ranges *for frequency display and actual matching probability queries, taking the different allelic ladders into consideration. For some loci, no ranges have been determined (indicated by "TBA"). Alleles outside these ranges are listed as ?1? or ?99?, respectively. *Expanded allele ranges are currently under consideration*, taking the most recent allelic ladders into consideration. This update will impact frequency display and the use of "1" and "99" as allele categories. The currently used and the suggested updated allele ranges are listed at https://strider.online/nomenclature. We appreciate your *feedback* to STRidER at strider at i-med.ac.at until *May 4, 2025*. Any updates will be indicated at https://strider.online/nomenclature and announced via this newsletter. https://strider.online STRidER STRs for identity ENFSI Reference database Email: strider at i-med.ac.at STRidER Project Coordination/Realisation and Quality Control Martin Bodner Walther Parson Institute of Legal Medicine Medical University of Innsbruck Austria Email: martin.bodner at i-med.ac.at Email: walther.parson at i-med.ac.at -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
