STRidER applies *CE allele ranges *for frequency display and actual
matching probability queries, taking the different allelic ladders into
consideration. For some loci, no ranges have been determined (indicated
by "TBA"). Alleles outside these ranges are listed as “1” or “99”,
respectively.
*Expanded allele ranges are currently under consideration*, taking the
most recent allelic ladders into consideration. This update will impact
frequency display and the use of "1" and "99" as allele categories.
The currently used and the suggested updated allele ranges are listed at
https://strider.online/nomenclature.
We appreciate your *feedback* to STRidER at strider at i-med.ac.at
<mailto:strider at i-med.ac.at>until *May 4, 2025*. Any updates will be
indicated at https://strider.online/nomenclature
<https://strider.online/nomenclature>and announced via this newsletter.
