Dear Tenure-Track Faculty,

One of the recurring requests during the Junior Faculty Meetings over the past year has been to learn more about the research being conducted at MUI, identify expertise, and discover opportunities for collaboration.
As a result, we have now created a dedicated webpage for all tenure-track faculty (a big thank you to @Simon Christof<mailto:Christof.Simon at i-med.ac.at>/PR).
You can find it here: https://tenuretrack.i-med.ac.at/

The goal is to provide a profile for every tenure-track faculty member, including an overview of research methods, areas of expertise, available infrastructure, collaborations, and other relevant information. We have also included a section on topics for teaching and supervision, which has been a recurring challenge.

Please create your profile
The webpage currently contains two sample profiles. We now ask each tenure-track faculty member to create and personalize their own profile.
You can adapt it to your needs and add links to your existing webpage, lab website, or other relevant resources. The aim is not to create an extensive CV, but rather a concise and useful overview of your expertise.

  * Kindly follow these instructions on how to edit your profile: https://meduni-ibk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/abteilungenformulare/pages/1339916367/Editing+Your+Tenure-Track+Professor+Webpage
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any support.
We would also be very happy to hear about any additional changes, wishes, or ideas you may have.

Finally, Christof Simon will join the Junior Faculty Meeting tomorrow to give a short introduction to the webpage and answer any questions that may have already come up (4:00 PM, Faculty Club, agenda & registration: https://www.termino.gv.at/meet/b/fd802a66442271048bc0ec2967853c24-506217 ).

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow and to making the new webpage a useful resource for the tenure-track community.

Best regards,
Verena Aignesberger
