We are pleased to announce that STRidER now offers sequenced STR allele
frequency data. A pilot dataset (Netherlands: 28 loci) is presented in a
preliminary format.
The alleles are presented in the kit-agnostic ISFG-recommended minimum
allele range for reporting of sequenced alleles, along with their
ISFG-recommended allele designations, the hypothetical length-based
allele (CE), and as sequence strings.
The current pilot dataset from a single country contains 28 loci and is
intended as a starting point to establish the best format for
presentation. Therefore, formats and details may change in the future.
STRidER cordially invites for feedback via strider at i-med.ac.at.

Note: STRidER CE allele frequency data has not changed since the last
release.

Best wishes,
the STRidER team
